Perfect Balance is owned and operated by Mandy Cholico and Amy Monette, who share the desire of bringing health, friendship and respect to the Reno/Sparks community. Inviting the area's most qualified therapists and instructors to join them, Mandy and Amy formed Perfect Balance to facilitate a variety of wellness choices in one location. Dedication to assisting mind/body balance through a hands-on therapeutic approach is truly prevalent in the work of all the Perfect Balance staff. We are pleased to offer a vast selection of body treatment, fitness and therapy programs designed to suit individual needs and preferences.

Healing art choices include:

• Massage: Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, sports, injury rehabilitation, hot rock, aromatherapy, reflexology, pre-natal and infant. Classes offered to couples and parents wishing to bring the healing benefits of massage into their homes.
   
• Physical Therapy & Craniosacral Therapy: Integrated manual therapy, exercise and education are offered to aid in healing from a specific injury, pain or illness requiring short-term rehabilitation. Communication with your physician provided as needed.
   
• Skin Care: Facials, exfoliating scrubs, body wraps, cellulite treatment, waxing, tinting, masks, paraffin & collagen treatments, and self-tanning.
   
• Yoga, Pilates and Gyrotonics Expansion System® Instruction: Offered in group or private settings, classical yoga, mat and reformer Pilates and Gyrotonics training are offered to facilitate mind-body connection, strength, balance and flexibility.
   
• Chiropractic: A natural, drugless, non-surgical health treatment which relies on body's inherent recuperative abilities. After physical exam and diagnosis, receive a full-spine and extremity adjustment. Hands on delivery of specific joint correction will decrease pain, improve mobility and stabilization. Chiropractic therapy can be used for many aliments including pain, headaches, stiffness, and muscular spasms.
