Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy

Treatment is provided to assist in healing from a specific injury, pain or illness requiring intermittent or short-term rehab. Therapy includes integrated manual therapy, modalities to aid in healing, exercise and education. Notes and communication with your physician are provided as needed. 1 hour session.

Craniosacral Therapy

A very light touch, hands-on treatment done over the clothes. It is a non-invasive, subtle form of manual therapy in which the practioner feels and encourages the subtle rythms of the craniosacral system. This therapy helps in general health maintenance but may also be effective for health issues such as stress, allergies, headaches, digestion, hyperactivity, depression and musculoskeletal problems.
