Glycolic Face Exfoliation Treatment

This skin refining treatment is designed to promote the rapid exfoliation of sluggish skin cells and to help eliminate trapped impurities. Thorough analysis of skin and initial cleansing is followed by our Glycolic Acid Peel. This gentle peel uses all natural ingredients derived from an acid found in many fruits and is one of the mildest peels available. Treatment is provided to assist in healing from a specific injury, pain or illness requiring intermittent or short-term rehab. Therapy includes integrated manual therapy, modalities to aid in healing, exercise and education. Craniosacral Therapy

A very light touch, hands-on treatment done over the clothes. It is a non-invasive, subtle form of manual therapy in which the practioner feels and encourages the subtle rythms of the craniosacral system. This therapy helps in general health maintenance but may also be effective for health issues such as stress, allergies, headaches, digestion, hyperactivity, depression and musculoskeletal problems.

Coaching assists and motivates the client in taking charge by identifiying motivators and learning how to grow and change.

Chiropractic Treatment

Diagnosis and treatment of patients with health problems of the musculoskeletal system and the effects of those problems on the nervous system and general health through spinal manipulation or adjustment. After physical exam and diagnosis, receive a safe and gentle full-spine and extremity adjustment.
